Individual Therapy

Are you facing ongoing challenges with anxiety, depression, Autism or ADHD? Struggling with life transitions, relationship confusion or conflict? Individual sessions can help you set goals, understand the barriers and challenges that are holding you back, learn new self-management strategies and tools, and help you define a clear plan for moving forward.

In our sessions, I draw on elements of CBT, DBT, Psycho-dynamic, Insight-Oriented and Narrative Therapy. However, as with any good therapist, our process will be uniquely tailored to you and your needs.

Sessions typically last 45 minutes. Currently, all individual sessions are held virtually.


Marriage & Family Therapy

For partners who are struggling to communicate, feel connected, re-establish intimacy, or work together through a difficult time of transition, marriage and family therapy can help. I also work with couples for pre-marital counseling, those preparing for parenthood, and those contemplating separation or divorce.

Our marriage and family sessions will help bring you clarity about what has not been working, provide a safe space for your partner and you to practice new skills, and help you determine the best path forward for each of you and your family as a whole.

In my work with couples and families, I draw on Insight-oriented therapy, CBT, The Gottman Method and Family Systems Theory.

Sessions typically last 45 minutes. Currently all sessions are held virtually.


Parent Coaching & Workshops

Parenting can often feel like getting lost in a maze or swept up in a tornado. With the added complexities of neuro-divergent children, children with disabilities, behavioral challenges at home/school or separation and divorce, parenting can become even more challenging, exhausting, isolating and overwhelming.

Perhaps you don’t need an in-depth dive into your emotional journey, but instead you are looking for practical strategies, tools and a clear game plan to help you get through a challenging time. If so, coaching sessions might be right for you.

Coaching sessions may be provided virtually or in-home. Sessions typically last 60-90 minutes.
